Glenn Foster.  Mr. Martin will cover voice stress question formulation, chart interpretation, and related topics.  D. Glenn Foster will address Interview & Interrogation techniques, including pre and post-test situations.

Important Notice:

The International Association of Voice Stress Analysts, Inc. (IAVSA) has been the recertifying body since 1998.  All members of the MACVSA and other regional associations have received their recertification certificates from the IAVSA since that time.  The IAVSA, a non-profit organization, whose board is comprised exclusively of law enforcement officers, has trained over 4,000 voice stress examiners.  They are a neutral entity that has no direct affiliation with any manufacturer.  The IAVSA has evaluated five voice stress instruments, and approved three.. The approved instruments are:  Vipre Systems, CVSA, and the FVSA.  Our training classes are half the cost of other manufacturer's training because our sole interest is for the welfare of our examiners and the industry, not making money.
